City Transformation
As God transforms his people into Jesus’ likeness, he sends us into the city. As the church penetrates the whole city with the gospel, God’s people minister in word and deed. As the gospel goes forward into the city through his people, God’s power brings cultural renewal and social transformation.
Initiated by God’s call and Holy Spirit moving his people to action, individuals start new outreaches and ministries to bring Christ’s transformation to people in the city. For instance, an artist spearheaded Arts in the City, Arts in the Sanctuary. Two single moms have a burden to start a ministry to single parent families.
Imagine Canada transformed as God uses us to bring hope and change through Christ to every avenue of this country.
