Worship Arts 
At Grace Vancouver, we aim to be a community of people that brings honour to God through our worship. Worship Arts helps us hear from God and see him more clearly amidst a culture that seems to worship anything but God.
Worship music can stir and help us come into God's presence. Worship Arts not only helps us to worship God on Sundays, but also helps foster in us a worshipful attitude that carries into the rest of our lives the other days of the week because we believe worship is not just about songs and music.
True Worship is ...
... a willing acknowledgement of God's glory
"For this reason I kneel before the Father ... to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations" (Ephesians 3:14,21)
... an overflowing satisfaction with God in Christ
"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In His great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead ... In this you greatly rejoice ..." (1 Peter 1:3,6)
... an offering of your whole life to God as a sacrifice
"Therefore I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship." (Romans 12:1)
... the ultimate goal of the church
"But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light." (1 Peter 2:9)
Worship teams are made up of musicians who lead us in singing a new city song from our hearts. They help the church family prepare, reflect and express themselves to God through singing praises and spiritual songs and hymns. Worship is our humble response to what God has done.
The Worship Arts style expresses adoration, humility and reverence for God in a variety of music genres. In the repertoire of worship arts, you'll find original musical creations, contemporary songs as well as (both traditional and re-arranged) hymns.
