Our Vision is to see a city, country and world where the message and ministry of Jesus Christ penetrates and transforms the spiritual life, social dignity, and cultural heart of its peoples.

Our Core Values
We are...
...a Church: We are a community within a city community, joined by God's promise to us through Jesus Christ
...a Gospel-centred church: The Gospel and grace of Jesus energizes, informs and directs all of our life and ministry together
...a City-centre church: Positioned at the urban crossroads, we are committed to being a Christ community that acts as a channel for the Good News of Jesus to flow into the whole city
....a Word-led church: We are directed by God's Spirit through God's Word - the Bible
...a praying church: Through waiting prayer (Acts 1:8) we are filled with Christ's Spirit to follow him into the city
We are...
...for the City: The church is "city soluble" -- penetrating the whole city with the Gospel. The church belongs in the city because Christ is the Lord of the city.
...for the Seeking: The Gospel can reach anyone. We will encourage and engage all whom God sends our way to hear about Jesus, freely ask questions and discover the truth of Christianity.
...for the Nations: We embrace and celebrate diversity; true basis of multiculturalism is that all humanity has been created in God's image.
...for the Needy: Caring for society's most vulnerable is one of the clearest mandates of Scripture.
Our "3C" Strategy is to:
Start new Churches in communities throughout Vancouver that reflect and serve the neighbourhoods in which they are planted;
Spur on Centres of training made up of people gathering in multiple "centres of learning" so they can bring God's transforming grace to their spheres of influence;
Build intentional bridges and avenues throughout the city in order to be salt to the earth -- to preserve and enhance God's grace in the City and to see it transformed.
